What TeeWire Can Do

Does TeeWire have no-show tracking?
Yes. TeeWire tracks no-shows and short-shows, so staff can see a pattern at a glance and decide how to handle it.
Can golfers book and pay for carts online with TeeWire?
Yes. TeeWire shows live cart availability while golfers book and enforces cart inventory online, so a course never sells more carts than it has.
Does TeeWire stop tee time scalpers and bots?
Yes. TeeWire includes booking protection that stops bots and scalpers from grabbing tee times without getting in the way of real golfers, including when the sheet opens and everyone books at once.
Does TeeWire support online payments and refunds?
Yes. TeeWire can take payment at the time of booking and gives staff a simple way to refund. Payment processing is part of TeeWire.
Does TeeWire send SMS tee time reminders?
Yes. Text reminders ahead of the tee time are available, so fewer golfers forget they booked, and golfers on a waitlist can be notified by email or text when a spot opens up.
Can TeeWire schedule seasonal rates automatically?
Yes. You can set rates by season ahead of time in TeeWire and let them switch over on their own.
Does TeeWire offer online booking for simulators and the range?
Yes. Golfers can book and pay for simulator bays and the range online in TeeWire, the same way they book a tee time.

Course Partners, golf courses that use TeeWire for their tee sheet and online tee times, can submit and vote on feature requests. Your feedback directly influences our product roadmap.
Why is the TeeWire feature request list behind a sign-in?
The list of requests is the working roadmap our Course Partners paid for with their time and their feedback, so we keep it for them. The public side of this page still shows how many requests we have delivered and which courses asked, because that record belongs to the courses who built it with us. Course Partners sign in with the email their course uses with TeeWire.
