Multi-course operators
Same workflow at every property. One company to call.
Your properties do not run identical days. They can run identical software. The tee sheet, the register and the booking page are the same product at every course, so a manager covering the nine on Tuesday is not learning a second system to do the same job. Every property is priced off the same published rate card, and every call lands with the same U.S. based team. One provider. One phone call. One company.
What you are actually buying
Five things that get harder with every property you add.
A second course does not double the work. It doubles the number of places a workflow can drift, a renewal can surprise you and a number can disagree with another number.
- One workflow that transfers, so a manager covering a second property on Saturday is not learning a second product to do the same job
- One vendor relationship instead of a different contract, a different support line and a different renewal date at every property
- Pricing you can budget per property before anybody gets on a sales call, rather than a quote that arrives after a discovery meeting
- Golfer records, booking history and pricing history that stay yours at every property, and come out in full whenever you ask for them
- Straight answers about what the reporting does and does not do today, before you sign, not at the first month end
The platform
Everything included, set up for how each property runs.
Same modules at every course, configured per course. Every one is built by TeeWire, so there is one company to call, whichever property needs something.
Tee Sheet
Cloud based, runs in any modern browser, and supports 9 hole, 18 hole and multi-course facilities. Booking windows, member rules and check-in behave the same way at every property, because it is one product rather than one product per site.
Read moreOnline Tee Times
A mobile first, white label booking engine with multi-course support, running on your own domains in your own brands. No third-party reselling and no commissions, so the golfer books with you and stays yours.
Read morePoint of Sale
The pro shop, the grill room and the beverage cart sell from the same catalog as the green fee, and a golfer gets rung up straight off the tee sheet, on one customer record.
Read moreWaitlist
A golfer ticks which of your courses they want alerts for, and only the courses you have switched on are offered. Somebody who only plays the big course is not pinged about the nine.
Read moreReporting
Rounds, revenue and utilization on one screen, a named report list rather than a blank query builder, and reports that email themselves on a schedule. The 7 Day Tee Sheet View carries a course selector.
Read moreAccounting and Ledger
A double entry general ledger with a golf chart of accounts already drawn up, plus trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet and revenue by GL account. Read the limits below before you plan a month end around it.
Read moreMember and Dues Billing
For the semi-private side of a portfolio: house accounts, A/R aging at 30, 60 and 90 days, enforced credit limits, and food and beverage minimums with shortfall tracking.
Read moreStaff and Time Clock
Unlimited staff users at no additional cost, with permission levels set per person, so a seasonal starter working two of your properties does not need a manager login at either one.
Read moreText messaging and email marketing to each property's own golfer list, online event registration for outings, leagues and clinics, a double entry ledger that pushes to QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop, and the property websites themselves all come from the same company.
Read this before you sign
Two things TeeWire does not do across properties.
A page that only lists wins is not a page a careful buyer trusts. You would find both of these out at the first month end anyway. Finding them out now costs you one question on a demo call.
The ledger, A/R and tax reports are not filtered by course
An operator running several properties on one install sees the general ledger, A/R aging and sales tax reports combined rather than split by property. The 7 Day Tee Sheet View does carry a course selector, so this is not true of everything, but it is true of the financial reports. If per-property segmentation on those three is a requirement, say so on the demo call and get the answer in writing, from us and from anybody else you are looking at.
Every install is cash basis
TeeWire books on a cash basis. Accrual has never been exercised on a live install, so nobody here is going to tell you that you can pick your basis at setup. If your accountant needs accrual across the portfolio, that is a conversation to have before a contract rather than after one.
What does not change
The terms are the same at property one and property five.
Add-on modules are priced per property, so what a property pays follows what that property actually runs. The commercial terms underneath do not move.
- Migration is included at every property, and TeeWire does the work: five days from a signed contract to a live booking page, with no migration fee, no setup fee and no per-record import charge
- Development and support are 100% U.S. based, and the person who answers knows golf operations rather than only the software
- No long-term agreement, so a property where it is not working is not a property you are stuck with
- The course keeps 100% of its tee time inventory. No barter, no commissions, no tee times traded for software
- Full data export at any time, at every property, because the booking history and the golfer list belong to the operation rather than to the vendor
Other facility types
Not the operation you are running?
Most portfolios hold more than one kind of course. Each of these pages covers the same system, set up a different way.
Operators running more than one property
Courses running every property they own on TeeWire, in their own words.
Bring two properties to the demo.
Thirty minutes, your tee sheets, your rates and the reports you close a month on. Ask the hard question about per-property reporting on the call and get the answer before you sign anything.
