Semi-private courses
Members and public play on one tee sheet, one register and one set of books.
A semi-private course runs two businesses on the same property: a membership that expects its booking window, its dues statement and its house account to be right, and a public tee sheet that has to fill. TeeWire is built around exactly that course. Member rules and public rates live on one sheet, a member’s bar tab and a daily fee green fee land in the same ledger, and every online booking comes in on your own website, at your rates, with no commission coming out of it.
From $179 a month for nine holes and $199 for eighteen, tee sheet and online booking included. Membership and member billing is a module from $100 a month. No long-term agreement, and we move you over ourselves at no charge.
Members and public play
Five things a semi-private course actually needs.
Two businesses on one property, and both have to be right. Every one of these comes back to the same two questions: do the members get what they pay for, and does the public sheet fill.
- Member booking windows and member-only times on the same sheet the public books from, so members get the access they pay for and the rest of the day still fills
- Dues, statements and food and beverage minimums that bill from the membership package, on the cycle you set, and post to the same records as the register
- A house account a member can charge to at the counter, the grill and the turn, with a credit limit that holds and a statement they can read and pay online
- Public tee times booked on your own website at your own rates, with the soft times priced to fill and a canceled Saturday slot offered back to the waitlist
- One golfer record, member or guest, that carries the round, the cart, the pro shop and the bar tab, so the close already agrees
Everything included
Configured for members and the public at once.
Same TeeWire a resort or a nine-hole course runs, on the same subscription, from the same company. These are the parts a semi-private course gets set up first.
Tee Sheet
Member-only booking rules and per-group visibility controls beside the public times, booking windows by golfer type, and check-in off the same sheet the booking landed on.
Online Tee Times
Members and the public book on your own website through an embedded widget that matches your design. A member whose membership level allows it skips the payment screen; you pick how everyone else pays.
Member and Dues Billing
Membership packages with their own charge schedules, dues prorated daily for a mid-period join, itemized statements the member reads and pays online by card or ACH, and A/R aging at 30, 60 and 90 days.
Point of Sale
Green fees, the pro shop and the grill on the same customer record as the round. A member charges to a house account with a credit limit the register enforces.
Food and Beverage
Grill, bar and beverage cart orders with modifiers and revenue centers, plus food and beverage minimums per package or per member with the shortfall visible mid-period.
Dynamic Pricing & Availability
Time of day, day of week and seasonal tiers for the public rate, built once, plus weather aware fill for the mornings the forecast turns on you.
Waitlist
Golfers opt in for the days and times they want. A cancellation or a short show emails them a link straight to that tee time.
Marketing and Messaging
Email and text your own list, and aim a send at one membership type, the golfers booked on a chosen day, or the golfers who have not played in six months.
That is eight of sixteen. Accounting with a double entry ledger that pushes to QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop, online event registration for outings, leagues and clinics, lesson booking, banquets, inventory and staff hours are on the platform page, and your website can come from the same company on the website design page.
The whole member side, from household accounts and membership packages to online statements and A/R aging, is written up in full on the golf club management page.
Straight talk
The honest version, before you decide.
One provider. One phone call. One company. That is a real claim and it is also not the whole picture, so here is the rest of it.
The semi-private course is the operation TeeWire is built around. The member side and the public side sit on one database, so a member’s dues, their house account and their Saturday tee time are one record, and a public green fee lands in the same ledger beside them. Month end is one set of books, and the statement a member reads online is the same statement the register built.
A marketplace listing brings rounds a course did not have to go out and earn, and for a while that is a genuinely reasonable trade. Plenty of good operators signed one for exactly that reason. TeeWire is the other side of that trade. You keep 100% of the tee sheet, you keep the golfer record, member and guest alike, and you pay for the software in dollars, with every tee time staying on your own sheet and the list you market to next season in your own hands.
The other half of the decision is who picks up when a member calls about a statement on a Saturday morning. Development and support are 100% U.S. based, and the person on the phone knows golf operations as well as the software. The counter side is one login and one place to look, simple enough for a seasonal hire to learn in a shift.
- Every plan includes the cloud tee sheet and the online booking engine. The point of sale is an add-on at $100 a month, and membership and member billing is a module from $100 a month
- Dues bill on the cycle the club defines, prorated daily for a mid-period join, and a member reads and pays the statement online by card or by ACH
- Online statement payment is switched on club by club and depends on how the club takes payments, so confirm it for yours
- Migration is included: white glove and TeeWire does the work, with no migration fee, no setup fee and no per-record import charge

Semi-private questions
Straight answers for semi-private operators.
What is semi-private golf course software? +
Semi-private golf course software runs a membership and a public tee sheet on the same records. TeeWire does that on one platform: member-only booking windows and public times on one sheet, dues and itemized statements billed from the membership package, house accounts with credit limits enforced at the register, and public tee times booked direct on the course’s own website with no commission. Membership and member billing is a module from $100 a month.
Can members and the public book on the same tee sheet in TeeWire? +
Yes. TeeWire’s tee sheet carries member-only booking rules and per-group visibility controls beside the public times, so a member sees the window their membership grants and a daily fee golfer sees what is open to the public, on one sheet. Online, a member whose membership level allows it skips the payment screen, and the course picks how everyone else pays: in full at booking, a card on file, or in the pro shop on the day.
How does TeeWire bill dues and statements at a semi-private course? +
Dues bill from the membership package on the cycle the club defines, prorated daily for a mid-period join. Statements are itemized down to the receipt behind each line, freeze once delivered, and are read and paid online by the member by credit card or by ACH where the club has online payment switched on. A food and beverage shortfall lands on the statement as its own line, and member A/R ages at 30, 60 and 90 days.
How much does TeeWire cost for a semi-private golf course? +
TeeWire is $179 a month for nine holes and $199 for eighteen, with the cloud tee sheet and the online booking engine included. The point of sale is an add-on at $100 a month and membership and member billing is a module from $100 a month. There is no long-term agreement, no setup fee, no migration fee and no commission on a booking, and the full rate card is published on the pricing page.
How do semi-private courses take online tee times with TeeWire? +
On the course’s own website, through an embedded booking widget that matches its design, and every TeeWire plan includes it. Golfers book around the clock, the booking lands on the same sheet the counter uses, and the course keeps 100% of its tee time inventory and its golfer list. The course pays for the software in dollars, so every tee time stays on its own sheet and no commission comes out of a booking.
Does the register know a member from a public golfer? +
Yes. Member and guest are one golfer record in TeeWire, so the register knows who is at the counter. A member can charge the round, the pro shop and the grill to a house account with a credit limit the register enforces, and the bar tab counts toward a food and beverage minimum. A public golfer pays as normal, and both sales land in the same ledger under the register.
