Reporting
One platform and one database, so one report covers the whole course.
TeeWire writes rounds, register sales, food and beverage, member balances and the general ledger to one database, so a single report runs against every module at once and comes back as one report. Ask the AI for a custom report in plain English, send us the one you still need and have it within a week, report across every property you run, and put any of it on a schedule that emails itself.
The problem
Where this usually falls apart.
Not because anyone is doing it wrong, but because the pieces were never designed to share a database.
- A golf management system is commonly two to four separate products bridged together, so a report gets run in the tee sheet, a second one gets run in the point of sale, and the two get merged in a spreadsheet before anybody can answer a simple question
- Two products report the same Saturday and return two different revenue numbers, so closing the day turns into deciding which one to believe
- The report the owner actually asks for exists in neither product, so it gets assembled by hand out of exports every time it is asked for
- Somebody has to remember to go run the numbers, because there is no way to make a report show up on its own
- A second and third property each get reported on separately, and the portfolio view is arithmetic somebody does by hand
Capabilities
What reporting includes.
One report across every module
TeeWire is one platform on one database. Rounds, register sales, food and beverage, member balances, dues and the general ledger are all written to the same records, so a report can run against all of them at once and come back as one report. The Saturday revenue figure is arrived at one time, in one place.
Ask for a report in plain English
The AI Report Wizard takes a question in natural language and builds a custom report from it. How did the grill do last Saturday is a question you type, not a report you go hunting for in a menu, and the report you get back is yours to run again.
Custom reports, built within a week
Want a report of your own? Send us what you need and we build it. It is in your hands within a week, and it arrives in your report list like any other report, so it exports, emails and schedules the same way.
Cross-property reporting
Operators running more than one golf course get reporting across the portfolio, so the group view and the single-course view come out of the same system. Bring your properties to the demo and we will run it against your own structure.
Reports that email themselves
Pick the report, pick nightly, weekly or monthly, pick the time of day, and enter the addresses that should receive it. Each schedule switches on and off, and the dashboard shows when every one of them last ran. Any report can also be exported to PDF or emailed once, right now.
Demand intelligence through Golf Signals
Golf Signals is TeeWire demand intelligence: live demand curves by hour, day, season and weather, a suggested fee for every tee time inside your own floors and ceilings, and booking pace for next week, next month and next season. It reads your tee sheet and register data first hand, because it runs on the same platform.
Revenue and utilization on one screen
Total bookings, total revenue, the online versus pro shop split and time to tee across the date range you pick, with revenue over time, rounds and utilization by hour, member versus guest and rounds by golfer type charted underneath. Detailed reporting on utilization, revenue and trends is part of the tee sheet.
A named report list
Reports are grouped the way an operator thinks about them: booking reports, customer reports, tee sheet reports, analysis reports and audit reports. Booking Detail, Round Count, Tee Pass Usage, Top Customer, Export Customer Name and Email, 7 Day Tee Sheet View, Rounds by Golfer Type and an Admin User Audit Report are all in the list. Pick one and run it.
End of day off the register
A daily sales summary, an end-of-shift Z-report, sales by category, plus margin and variance. When the drawer closes, the system works out what should be in the till and records over or short against what the cashier declared, and every close is kept in a browsable history.
The accounting reports, on screen
Trial balance with every account and its debits and credits for the period you pick. Profit and loss on the register, with merchandise and food and beverage carrying their own margin lines. What the register holds against what it owes as of any date. Revenue by GL account, ranked, rather than a sales report you re-code afterward. The same ledger pushes into QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop when your accountant wants it there.
A/R aging and sales tax
Every member charge account bucketed under 30 days, 31 to 60, 61 to 90 and past 90, as of any date you pick, and the report exports. Sales tax shows what you collected by day and by each tax class you charge, plus a list of the sales that came out with no tax on them.
Full data export at any time
Your booking history, customer records, pricing history and reporting belong to your course, and pulling them out is a standard part of TeeWire. Ask for it whenever you want it.
How it works
A day of reporting in TeeWire.
-
Before the first group goes off
The reports you scheduled have already run and landed in the inboxes you listed. Nobody had to log in to make that happen, and the dashboard records when each one last ran.
-
Through the day
Bookings, revenue, the online versus pro shop split and time to tee update on the dashboard for whatever date range you have selected, alongside rounds and utilization by hour.
-
When somebody asks something odd
Type the question into the AI Report Wizard in plain English and get a custom report back. If the answer needs something deeper than the wizard writes, send it to us and it is built into your system within a week.
-
At close
The drawer closes, the system works out over or short against what the cashier declared, and the Z-report and daily sales summary are ready to print or email. The register and the tee sheet already agree, because they wrote to the same records all day.
-
At month end
Trial balance, profit and loss, revenue by GL account, A/R aging and sales tax run off the same ledger the register has been writing to all month. Operators with several properties read the portfolio the same way.
Custom reporting
The report you actually need, built within a week.
Every course counts something its own way, and the standard list will eventually stop one short. That is a request, not a limitation you work around. Describe the report you want, in whatever form is easiest to send, and TeeWire builds it into your system.
- Send us the columns you want, the numbers you close a month on, or a photo of the sheet you fill in by hand today
- It is built and in your hands within a week
- It lands in your report list beside the standard reports, so it exports to PDF, emails and schedules like any other
- It runs against the same database as everything else, so it agrees with the rest of your reporting from the first time it runs
The reports your course asks for shape what every course gets next.
Multi-course operators
Cross-property reporting for a portfolio.
TeeWire offers cross-property reporting, so the group number and the single-course number come out of one system. Ask the portfolio question once and read the answer once. One workflow at every property, one vendor relationship, and one place to look, whether you are closing a month at a single course or across all of them.
Bring your properties to the demo and we will run your reports against your own structure before you sign anything.
Demand intelligence
Golf Signals reads the demand curve.
Golf Signals is TeeWire advanced data mining: demand curve pricing and forecasting built on your own booking and sales history. It runs on the same platform your tee sheet and register run on, so the data it reads is first party and current from the moment a round is booked.
- Demand Signals: live demand curves by hour, day, season and weather, so the soft windows are visible before they cost you
- Dynamic Pricing: a suggested fee for every tee time, inside the floors, ceilings and member rules you set, informed by the TeeWire Player Score
- Forecasting and Pacing: where next week, next month and next season are pacing, early enough to do something about it
- Your booking and sales history stays inside TeeWire and belongs to your course, and every tee time in it stays yours to sell
Connected by design
Reporting does not run on its own.
Every module writes to the same database, so none of these hand copies to each other.
