Public and semi-private courses
Fill the sheet, move players through, and close a day that already adds up.
A daily fee course lives on rounds. TeeWire takes the booking on your own page at your own rates, prices the soft times so they fill, emails the waiting list the minute somebody cancels, and rings the round and the hot dog up on the same customer record. No barter. No commissions. Nobody standing between you and the golfer.
From $149 a month for nine holes and $179 for eighteen. No long-term agreement, and we move you over ourselves at no charge.
Daily fee and semi-private
Five things a public course actually needs.
Not a longer feature list. Every one of these comes back to the same two questions: is the sheet full, and does the money agree at the end of the day.
- Rounds booked on your own page, at your own rates, with no commission coming out of them
- A way to price the soft times so they fill, without somebody watching the sheet all day
- A canceled Saturday slot put back in front of the golfers who wanted it, before it goes cold
- One record per golfer that carries the round, the cart, the range balls and the beer at the turn
- A close where the register and the tee sheet already agree, instead of a spreadsheet that makes them
Everything included
Configured for how you operate.
Same TeeWire a resort runs, on the same subscription, from the same company. These are simply the parts a public course gets set up first.
Tee Sheet
Booking windows, cancellation cutoffs and custom pricing by golfer type, then check-in off the same sheet the booking landed on.
Online Tee Times
Golfers book on your own website through an embedded widget that matches your design. No marketplace in the middle and no commission.
Dynamic Pricing & Availability
Time of day, day of week and seasonal tiers you build once, plus weather aware fill for the mornings the forecast turns on you.
Waitlist
Golfers opt in for the days and times they want. A cancellation or a short show emails them a link straight to that tee time.
Point of Sale
Green fees, the pro shop, the grill and the beverage cart ring up in the same system as the tee sheet, on the same customer record.
Food and Beverage
Counter, kitchen and cart orders with modifiers, and revenue centers so a beer is priced one way in the grill and another way out on the course.
Reporting
Total bookings, total revenue, the online versus pro shop split and utilization by hour, on one screen for whatever range you pick.
Marketing and Messaging
Email and text your own golfer list: confirmations, reminders and the weather call on a morning the forecast turns, sent from the system that took the booking.
That is eight of sixteen. Accounting with a double entry ledger that pushes to QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop, inventory, staff hours, online event registration for outings, leagues and clinics, lessons and banquets are on the platform page, and your website can come from the same company on the website design page.
Straight talk
The honest version, before you decide.
One provider. One phone call. One company. That is a real claim and it is also not the whole picture, so here is the rest of it.
A marketplace listing brings rounds a course did not have to go out and earn, and for a while that is a genuinely reasonable trade. Plenty of good operators signed one for exactly that reason. The cost arrives later, in inventory handed over and resold at a discount, in golfers who now book somewhere else out of habit, and in a customer list the course cannot email.
TeeWire is the other side of that trade. You keep 100% of the tee sheet, you keep the golfer record, and you pay for the software in cash instead of in tee times. Which also means TeeWire does not hand you an audience. There is no consumer marketplace behind it and no listing to appear in. What it does is make the demand your course already has book direct, at your rates, on a page carrying your name, and leave you holding the list you market to next season.
The other half of the decision is who picks up when a Saturday goes sideways. Development and support are 100% U.S. based, and the person on the phone knows golf operations rather than only the software. The counter side is one login and one place to look, simple enough for a seasonal hire to learn in a shift.
- Every tee sheet plan includes the cloud tee sheet and the online booking engine. The point of sale is an add-on at $150 a month on top of it
- Event registration and lesson scheduling are posted on the pricing page; the waitlist is one of the two add-ons still quoted per course
- Member dues, house accounts and statements are there when you run a semi-private operation. A straight daily fee course will likely never open that screen
- Migration is included: five days, white glove, with no migration fee, no setup fee and no per-record import charge
