How long does it take to switch to TeeWire from another tee sheet system?
You set the pace. TeeWire does the work, and the schedule is built around your season, so a course switching in its busiest stretch gets a plan that respects it.
What does white-glove migration actually mean?
It means TeeWire does the migration for you, and does not charge for it. A U.S. based TeeWire team handles the move from the first call through go-live, and your staff spends about two hours on it.
Is there any downtime during the migration?
No. Golfers keep booking the whole way through, and the switch is invisible to them. There is never a moment when a customer cannot book a tee time.
Does TeeWire bring my historical bookings and customer database?
Yes. Your customers, booking history, deposit balances and gift card balances all come with you, so your loyalty program, your marketing and your reporting pick up right where they left off.
What happens to my existing pricing rules during the migration?
They come with you. Your rates are rebuilt in TeeWire and you approve them before go-live, so there is no day-one surprise.
Is TeeWire only a tee sheet, or does the switch cover more than that?
More than that. The tee sheet and online tee times are where most courses start, and TeeWire also builds the point of sale, a tee time waitlist, text messaging, email marketing to the course's own golfer list, online event registration, member and dues billing, and a double entry general ledger that pushes to QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop. Golf course website design and hosting come from the same company as well. Which of those are in the plan and which are optional add-ons is set out on the pricing page.
Who am I actually switching to?
TeeWire launched in 2016 and merged with CourseLogix in 2026 under the TeeWire name. CourseLogix has been building golf course software and websites since 2005, out of Clarkston, Michigan. More than 300 golf courses work with TeeWire. Development and support are 100% U.S. based, so the people who move you, the person who answers the phone in July, and the people building the software all know golf operations.
Can I switch from GolfNow without breaching my contract?
Most courses time the switch to their GolfNow renewal date, and TeeWire helps plan it so the course leaves cleanly. A course already past renewal and out of contract can switch right away.
Will my staff need to be retrained from scratch?
No. It is one login and one place to look, simple enough for counter staff to learn in a shift, and most are running on their own inside a week. Training does not stop at go-live: it is unlimited and free for as long as the course is on TeeWire, booked through the training scheduler whenever it suits.
Is there a limit on how much training we get?
No. Training is unlimited and free for as long as the course is on TeeWire. Book whatever you want through the training scheduler at teewire.com/meeting: a refresher when seasonal staff arrive, a deeper session on member billing or the general ledger, or time with Bay Paul and the team to work through an idea. TeeWire would rather a course asked for more than quietly ran on a fraction of the system.
What does it cost to migrate from my current system to TeeWire?

What if I need to switch back?
The course owns its data inside TeeWire and can export it at any time.
