TeeWire

Solutions for resorts

Golf is part of the stay. It should not be a separate operation.

A guest books a tee time on your site, plays, buys a glove in the shop, orders lunch in the grill room and takes two beers off the cart. In TeeWire that is one customer record. One login, one place to look, and a screen a seasonal hire can learn in a shift. The booking happens on your own domain, in your own brand, at your rates, with no inventory traded to anybody.

Starting at $149 a month. No long-term agreement, migration included, and 100% U.S. based support.

A resort golf hole at golden hour, a wide fairway curving toward a green beside a pond, with a long low resort hotel and its lit windows on the rise behind, and two golfers walking up the fairway.

Resort operations

What a resort tee sheet has to carry.

Resort golf gets booked further out, priced by season, and sold next to food, retail and events. The parts that cause trouble are the ones that cross between them.

  • Guests booking golf from the same site they used to plan the rest of the trip, on your own domain and in your own brand, not through a third-party marketplace
  • Rate schedules that switch by date on their own, so shoulder season, peak and the off season get built once instead of edited every few weeks
  • A way to protect a prime slot booked months out without asking every guest to put money down
  • One catalog behind the grill room, the halfway house and the beverage cart, priced by where it is sold
  • Every dollar a guest spends on the property landing on the same record as the round they played

Included

Everything is included, configured for how you operate.

Nothing on this list is an add-on tier or a second contract. Facility type changes the setup, not the software.

Member and guest billing, accounting, reporting, inventory, lesson booking and banquets are part of the same system, along with a tee time waitlist that alerts a guest when a matching slot opens, text messaging for confirmations, reminders and weather calls, email marketing to your own golfer list, and a ledger that pushes to QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop. See the full module list.

Worth knowing

Where the line is, before you sign anything.

A resort buyer will find all three of these inside the first month, so they belong on the page rather than in a follow-up call.

What holds the rest of it together is the people. Development and support are 100% U.S. based, and whoever answers knows golf operations rather than only the software. We do the migration ourselves at no charge: tee sheet templates, historical bookings, customer records, pricing rules and gift card balances come across in five days.

One provider. One phone call. One company. On a Saturday with a full sheet and a full house, that is worth more than a longer feature list. Starting at $149 a month, printed on the pricing page, with no long-term agreement and no tee times traded for software.

There is no hotel property management system integration

TeeWire does not connect to a hotel PMS. No room charge posting, no folio posting, and a green fee does not travel to a room bill on its own. If you run a PMS, you keep running it. Golf settles inside TeeWire at the point of sale, by card, gift card, prepaid Tee Wallet balance or a house account, and the round and the spend still sit on one golfer record on the TeeWire side.

A card on file reduces no-shows. It does not charge itself

You can require a deposit before a booking is confirmed, and TeeWire can require it only from the players whose booking history calls for it rather than from everyone. What is not switched on is automatic month-end charging against a card on file. Staff generate and deliver statements, and recording a payment records that the guest paid rather than running the card for them.

Two courses on one install share three reports

The 7 Day Tee Sheet View carries a course selector. The general ledger, A/R aging and sales tax reports do not filter by course today, so a property running more than one course on a single install sees those three combined. Bring your structure to the demo and we will run the reports you care about against it before you sign anything.

Run a resort Saturday on it.

Thirty minutes, your tee sheet, your seasonal rates and your revenue centers. Bring the guest scenario that usually breaks things.
